GI 4 LIFE! 2013

On Saturday 28 September 2013 ETHC along with the Glen Innes Business Association and Breastscreen Auckland organised the inaugural GI 4 LIFE! event held in the town centre.

It was a great day despite the inclement weather, with a fashion show by Nora Swann of Kilas Style and ten of her beautiful models, a performance by Tamaki College's Unique Soul, hot hula demonstrations by Contours Gym and all of the various health/education/social service providers raising awareness of the services available to the Glen Innes community.

Clinical Family Navigators Vaisiliva Vaha'akolo and Anamafi Paletu'a along with Community Liaison Manager Joseph Liava'a were on hand to perform free blood pressure and blood sugar tests.
