EEO 2014 Diversity Awards

Nirvana Health Group won the Positive Inclusion Award during the EEO 2014 Annual Diversity Awards. This award celebrates innovative responses to inclusivity in the workforce. An accepting unbiased workplace encourages engaged, active, productive employees and recognizes the whole person.

Westpac Auckland South Business Awards

East Tamaki Healthcare won the Excellence in Innovation and Strategy and Excellence in Service Delivery Awards. Rakesh Patel paid tribute to his father and ETHC founder, Dr Kanti Patel, and his fundamental belief that what is good for the patient is good for the business.

Indian Business Awards 2009

East Tamaki Healthcare won the Supreme Award, along with two top category awards at the Indian Newslink, Indian Business Awards 2009. Nursing Awards 2008

A highlight of 2008 has been the recognition at Counties Manukau District Health Board (CMDHB) level of two of our nurses in the May 12th International Nurses day nursing awards at CMDHB. RN Tazmin Ismail was awarded the Best Preceptor. Read more about Nursing Awards 2008. 

Ministry of Health’s New Zealand Health Innovation Nominations

East Tamaki Healthcare has been proud to be nominated as a finalist in New Zealand Health Innovation Awards for three consecutive years- 2006, 2007, 2008. 

Tamaki Healthcare - Excellence in Primary Healthcare Practice Award

East Tamaki Healthcare’s Sylvia Park staff were acknowledged by Tamaki Healthcare PHO. They were presented the Excellence in Primary Healthcare Practice Award during the stakeholders evening on 15th July 2009. These awards were presented to recognize outstanding performance.
